Drinks reception
Acoustic guitar or piano while guests mingle, a laid-back DJ set, or live looping: songs built in front of your guests from voice, beatbox and guitar.
Dinner
Understated piano or acoustic music while you eat, or a short high-energy set between courses that gets the whole room on its feet.
The ceremony
Your entrance, signing and exit, live on piano or guitar, with or without vocals, or your chosen recording timed to the second. Microphones for your officiant included.
Into the evening
Your first dance, the party, and the extras that make a wedding weekend.
Evening party
An open-format DJ set, planned with you beforehand so the dance floor gets the songs you love and none you don't.
Add-ons
A saxophonist for drinks, a dinner entrance or the dance floor. Sound and wireless microphones for speeches. Live or DJ sets for your welcome drinks or the pool party the day after.

I’m Dawson, an English singer, pianist, guitarist and DJ based in Barcelona.
I started on piano at six, added guitar and vocals at sixteen, and studied music at Leeds Conservatoire. I spent eight years living and performing across London and, since 2014, have played extensively across Europe and beyond, from Latin America to Southeast Asia. Along the way, live looping made me a two-time UK Loop Station Champion.
In 2020 I made Barcelona home, for the sunshine, the outdoor life and the culture, and it’s here I added DJing to the mix, performing regularly around the city. I’ve now played 70+ destination weddings and events across Spain and Europe. On days off, you’ll find me hiking or paddle boarding.
Being part of the most important day of someone’s life is something I never take lightly. Your day always comes first: I take care of the details, so every moment feels effortless, from the walk down the aisle to the last song of the night.
Before the day, we’ll plan your songs and timings together (I’m always happy to jump on a video call), and I’ll coordinate directly with your planner and venue.

Frequently asked questions
How do we secure our date?
A signed agreement and a deposit confirm your booking. Summer Saturdays go first, so enquire early.
Can you learn our songs?
Yes. I can learn your aisle, signing and first dance songs, and my repertoire list is available on request. We plan your evening set together before the day.
Do you bring your own sound?
Within Catalonia, yes: a professional speaker system, wireless microphones and everything I need to perform, plus battery-powered speakers for ceremonies away from power. For destination weddings further afield, I send a simple technical rider so your venue or planner can arrange local sound hire.
Can we add a saxophonist?
Yes. I work with a trusted Barcelona saxophonist who can join the drinks reception, a dinner entrance or the evening party.
What do you need from the venue?
Around 3 x 2 metres of space, a power socket nearby (or I go battery-powered), access 90 minutes before guests arrive, and a hot meal on the day.
Where do you perform?
Barcelona and across Catalonia, including Sitges, the Costa Brava and the Penedès. I travel elsewhere in Spain and Europe on request.
What about venue sound limits?
No problem. Many Spanish venues use volume limiters and music curfews, and I work with your venue to stay within them all evening.
